Very disappointing. SPLASH was unable to diagnose a simple pump problem resulting in many unneeded services and loss of a pool for an extended period. Difficult year for Splash.
Splash Pool Service came out in July of 2014 to service our pool. I watched the guy get the chemicals out of our supply and add to our pool. We were charged a service call and charged for the chemicals (which were ours). I called and talked with the person and he told me to deduct the chemicals. We paid for the service call but not the chemicals.
