We hired Michael & Carrie from Splash Pools to install and maintain our new Pool for the last three years. They have been excellent! They are responsive by phone and email and show up on site, to remedy the inevitable start up and water filtration problems. During the winter of 2024 Jeffrey experienced a power outage that lasted 4 days. We were stuck in RI and Michael came and managed to help keep the pool from freezing during the outage. Bought a new, above ground pool from Mike after my old, 40 yo pool wall gave out. Everything about this purchase was easy. No milking for each dollar, he was responsive, patient, answered every question, fast, supportive. His brother and team came to take down the old pool on one day and the new one went up the next. One piece was scratched, he said he'd order a new piece. No drama, no issues, absolute pleasure dealing with them.
