We were away in Florida when our son called that there was no heat in the house. We called Splash Plumbing and Heating and they sent someone over right away. He assessed the issue and was able to fix it in a matter of a few hours.
Had a service call, Splash plumber was prompt, professional and courteous.
This was a gross misdiagnosis. The service man was stoned when he arrived and told me he had a car accident on his way to my home. I have a 2300 sq ft ranch and he got lost every time he left my laundry room. After 2+ hours, he told me the leak was under my bath tub and it would be a big job to cut into the concrete under the tub. He cut into 3 walls while he was there.
