This Service is great! – I love Splash N Rack. Each time I go in there I feel like I'm visiting family. They take time to explain everything and are very helpful. They always return calls and go the extra mile to be helpful. I have never had any issues with service or customer service.

Worst service ever – Don't waste your time or money. To make a long story short I purchased a pool table in the beginning of April and during installation it was damaged. I notified the rep and service immediately of the damage and I have now been trying to work with their service department for the past 3 months to get the table fixed (in which I have a lifetime warranty). Lousy delivery service – So there I was, anxiously awaiting for word on my recently purchased hot tub - they never called and they never called. I called them three times and got a new story every time I called - and finally the delivery was promised; 27 days after the date of purchase. On the date of the delivery, two guys show up with this relatively small hot tub, C351 model, 600 pounds empty. Worst shopping experience ever! – Buy elsewhere!! This was the worst experience I have ever had shopping for anything. If you are seeking a hot tub or a pool table, I strongly advise shopping elsewhere. Customer service and fair pricing are clearly not what you will receive from this establishment. I would rather go without a hot tub than purchase one from this store.
