I was disappointed with the service. I've been using it for a while. They changed my sticker because it wasn't scanning every time I tried to go through. When they changed it, the lady tore the fabric of my car with the cutter. And today I went to wash my car and when I got home I realized it's dirtier than when I brought it in. When I brought it in, she was using very little soap. I think they need to be more attentive to how they do their work.
Didn't really clean car even after 2 times of going through wash. The gentlemem working said i can only have one wash a day but after convincing him my car wasnt clean he agreed to do it just this once Also I was kinda disappointed that I couldn't get a free drying towel when I pay 36 a month for membership. He said the towels were 2 bucks
