My car was not cleaned after the wash. When asked the employee about it, he simply said that as I took the cheapest package($7), I should not expect all the dirt to be cleaned.

Employee was rude and borderline verbally abusive, scolded us as if we were children, and still had the nerve to demand a tip, never again, will advise all my family and friends to stay way.

I’ve come to this car wash many times but every single time I see the older gentleman attendant there, I just know it’s not going to be a good experience. He has a terrible attitude. When I asked if the vacuums were working he said “don’t use them because it’s windy”. Not sure why wind would have anything to do with them functioning or not, but ok.
