None of the cash machine or card readers worked, the soap is damn near water only and it overall sucks
This is usually my go-to spot to hand wash my vehicle, and I’ve been coming here regularly without any issues—until today. My wife and I were washing both of our cars, and I paid three separate times to do so. Despite being paying customers, one of the employees rushed us out of the bay, claiming “there’s a line forming,” even though there was more than one bay available. Ugh! Waste of $12. Car looks terrible.
This is a touchless wash but it left the lower half of the car dirty, the rinse did not remove all the soap, and the vacuums are inoperable. I could not find an employee to discuss the problems, either.
