Canceled my account 10 months ago. They are still charging my card monthly.
I come here often because it is convenient. Now, I will be coming because the staff is pleasant, patient and professional. I didn't get names, but the young lady at the entrance and the gentleman directing me in at 10:20 on 9/18 were amazing. They took their time and got me through. I highly recommend this location.

Store associate and manager could not figure out how to charge my card (that works everywhere else and at the car wash on college after I left) for a membership and said my only option was to leave. Easily could have typed my card numbers in manually (or not be cheap and upgrade to a point of sale system that can process chip cards) Update: Decided to give them another chance and started a membership. Careful - a younger male associate on Friday(yesterday) charged me for a membership and provided me no proof. I requested a sticker, as I was a member in the past and remember the auto scanning stickers. He claimed they would just look me up when I got there next time. I even asked are you sure and was confused. Today I pull up for a wash and “James” at the gate refused me service, after confirming the price I paid does match up with the membership cost, and acknowledged the bank charge on my account.
