In liquidation after the owners went into administration.
They charged me $290 because I left for a “discharge report”, per therapist so $600. I made a complaint in the NDIS website but apparently because It is in their agreement there is nothing I can do. They also charge $290 per session, per phone call etc, my son is nearly out of budget because of this provider. Do not recommend this bussines taking advantage of disabled people.
Called up to get supports for 4 of my ndis children,we are living in a rural area where we can't get internet set-up YET, but instead of trying to help me out with posting the applications in the post for my children they refuse. I recommend to to no one. They were rude to me over the phone and really don't care about me or my 4 ndis children only the money side of things. This is my opinion.
