Absolutely disgusting - This Company has lost every single one of the OT's at Pimpama, for 5 fortnights in a row I was called less than 1 hour before Psychologist appointments to say the new hire was not coming in and each time a different excuse. Now the speech therapist is leaving - Second one in 5 sessions - 2 sessions with one and three with another each having to do initial consults as no handover notes done despite paying through the nose for session that include 30 mins after each for notes. Be aware this place has a very high turn over rate. There employees are good. But they don't last long. It wastes alot of your money having to reintroduce them to the next person . It's not great for writing reports.

Regularly had appts cancelled on the day however when I couldn't get there on the day, due to natural events I was billed. Would recommend other companies. Do your research on this one aswell as their 'service agreement'.
