RecommendedGreat Instruction in both Swimming and water exercise and they know their products and can tell you the best one for your needs. They not only sell the products, but they test them and are familiar with all of them. They only sell the best water fitness, water therapy, and swimming products. Certifications are thorough and excellent!
Great class. I am a large lady with an amputation of my lower leg. Stephanie is wonderful explaining what to do and showing me. My goal is to loose weight but more to be able to get out of the pool by the steps myself-- not use a lift or have people help me out to my Wheelchair. If I can do this class, anyone can. I feel wonderful and refreshed after class. Today was much easier getting out. I will meet that goal very soon.

Classes, swimwear and exercise classes at Lake Holiday!
I have loved participating in Water Aerobics this summer at Lake Holiday with Stephanie as the instructor. She is excellent and the water exercise is fun and so beneficial. Thank you Stephanie!
Swim lesson instruction was the best my kids received in this area. Water fitness classes are unique and challenging. Any piece of equipment you need for water exercise, water therapy, or swimming can be located at this company!
I have been waiting for a refund for a return since December 30th. They confirmed receipt of swim suits on January 19th but still no refund despite repeated voicemail messages and emails! Do not recommend you do business with this company!
