0 stars if I could. My experience as a monthly-paying member has been horrible. I pay $60/month and during my recent visit, my car was completely rushed. When I pointed out spots that were clearly not cleaned, the manager in red, Franklin, told me my membership only covers an automatic wash and a quick wipe. He said if I wanted my car actually cleaned, I’d need to pay $350 — seriously?
