Upper brush needs adjustment or something. It only washed half of my hood and didn't touch the top of my trunk. 2008 Grand Marquis March 2025 Update: Decided to get the salt washed off my windows so I could see where I was going and it appears they've fixed the upper brush adjustment issue. My hood and trunk lid were scrubbed properly.
Horrible experience. First they want me to set up a monthly plan, took my credit card and didn’t return it. When I realized I called and they abruptly said they don’t have it. They took it and used it in La plata Safeway and Lowe’s. I am filing a report. Don’t come here unless you want to get scammed. Robbing people!
