On February 11, 2026, my Nissan NV200 was damaged while going through this car wash. Despite still having approximately 20 to 30 seconds remaining to exit the tunnel, the exit door came down and struck my vehicle, causing significant damage that ultimately resulted in it being declared a total loss. Upper brush needs adjustment or something. It only washed half of my hood and didn't touch the top of my trunk. 2008 Grand Marquis March 2025 Update: Decided to get the salt washed off my windows so I could see where I was going and it appears they've fixed the upper brush adjustment issue. My hood and trunk lid were scrubbed properly.

Horrible experience. First they want me to set up a monthly plan, took my credit card and didn’t return it. When I realized I called and they abruptly said they don’t have it. They took it and used it in La plata Safeway and Lowe’s. I am filing a report. Don’t come here unless you want to get scammed. Robbing people!
