Very poor communication. Received a damaged product and they never bothered to respond. Will not purchase from again. Very disappointed and strongly suggest you look elsewhere in the event you NEED customer service. (All other factors—shipping time, pricing, product—were as described).

Super happy with their service! The pool tech was on time, friendly, and really knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a simple way and fixed the issue quickly. Our pool looks great now and everything’s working perfectly. The whole experience was easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend them and will be calling them again if we need anything!
The sale was good but the service needs improvement, they show up randomly as they can't schedule for some reason to let you know days and times.
