My experience found dealing with Splash to be more effort than it's worth. My order was for a hot tub cover, and I found myself calling, e-mailing constantly to move the purchase forward. I've never met a company less interested in making a sale. In the end - I was told "supplier issues" meant that they could not fulfill the order. While it very well could have been supplier issues, the effort to constantly chase this down, and delay, delay, delay, was extremely frustrating. Please do your research when you buy a Hottub from here. I didn’t do mine and trusted the sales rep on the price. A friend of mine bought the same Hottub for thousands less. I reached out to my sales rep for an explanation and he basically said he doesn’t have any power and goes based off of the pricing his owner sets. I asked for the owner to contact me but he never did. He could have just offered an explanation and it would have been the end of it but not getting a courtesy call makes things worse. Do not purchase a hottub from this company unless you never plan to request service support after the sale. I have never made a post on Google before but I am at my whit’s end with these guys and don’t want anyone else to experience this. We have had an extremely frustrating experience since making our purchase, often waiting days for a simple response to a service request and weeks for someone actually come provide warranty work on site.
