The car wash vertical stands got caught in my wife's passenger mirror, pulling the mirror assembly forward and prying off the mirror glass. We spoke with 2 managers immediately after it happened. They took pictures of the mirror and in fact, pieces broke off in Nabor's hand (manager). They took pictures of it and said they had to do an investigation.
