They did not even wipe my windows clean or dry my car completely. I had dryed water stains all over my car, including the windows. This place has lazy workers and I will never go back. I wasted $23.
I returned for a second visit hoping for a better experience, but it was unfortunately worse than the first. I paid $125.58 (including a tip) for a service that left my vehicle visibly uncleaned and unvacuumed. When I pointed out the issues, I was met with excuses rather than solutions. It reached a point where I actually had to ask for a cloth to finish the job myself. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards for future clients.
I had a terrible experience here. I paid $150 for a shampoo and car wash, and they still couldn’t manage to get the windows clean, which is honestly ridiculous for that price. The job was rushed and clearly not done with attention to detail. What made it worse was the manager’s attitude when I brought it up. He was completely nonchalant and didn’t seem to care at all that the vehicle wasn’t properly cleaned.
