Would give no stars if possible. This company sold me a phone that did not work correctly and i tried to get it fixed or get a refuns. They continued to waste my time and also insult my disability, they took no responsibility for selling me a faulty phone and refused to fix it or offer any type of refund The staff are absolute crooks and the way I was treated was disgusting I have never been treated like this by any other shop in my life . AVOID!!! Wouldn't even give one star if it was possible... Took my phone in to be fixed I has smashed the screen, the screen was still working as I had rung my mum but the smash was on the edges and was flashing yellow so knew it wouldn't last before it went completely. Took phone here they told me they would fix the same day and would be 210 pound. I went back later to collect phone they said it was fixed tried to unlock my phone with my fingerprint as I always had the finger print would not work, I pointed this out to them... read more
