We used Splash Galleries when building our new home a few years ago. Lauren was excellent to deal with while making all the decisions for our selections. We had a minor issue with an item about a year after installation which Lauren immediately took care of. Recently we had to have a kitchen sink faucet replaced. I had contacted the manufacturer directly to get a replacement faucet and decided to contact Lauren to let her know what was going on.
