Trash layout…2 lanes and no one will let you in when it’s your turn and employees don’t regulate either. Almost had to punch an old man out because he couldn’t wait his turn 😂
Great staff Very professional, courteous, kind, helpful, and accurate in assisting & processing you through for the service. The environment is very clean. The vacuum area in the dry area has fiber clause that are nice for the car and dry off mat. Hang up area & vacuums. thank you you go car crew for being the stellar people that you are to us the customers!🫡
Good but one of their cleanup wipers were broken and I called to report it and it's still not fixed. So I canceled my membership
Extremely overpriced for what it is. Mediocre wash at best. I purchased the highest tier at $25 currently, and it was quick and superficial. Did not do a good job at cleaning the car at all. The tire "shine" left brown gunk all over my wheels. Too bad all the other car washes around here suck otherwise I'd recommend another place. There's other places throughout Riverside & San Bernardino for MUCH cheaper and a MUCH better wash. You'll just have to drive a bit farther.
