Horrible customer service from General Manager, Ben C. In my recent experience Ben’s management style creates conflict. I was shocked by his condescending behavior, immaturity, & disrespect. Does policy state to order customers to park in a handicapped parking with no disability? Due to the rush, all designated spaces were occupied.
