I don't have the monthly subscription, but I took it there for full detailing and waxing, and they went on and beyond the call of duty. They even cleaned my glove compartment after putting everything in a bag in the trunk. It seems you also get 30% off if you're a member.
Lisa and the others who jumped in to help with my car were amazing! My car looks better than when I drove it off the dealer's lot. I was using a coupon given to my husband when he had his truck done (great deal for additional car that week), and I was so happy that I rolled the discount into the tip! Splash Express made my day today! I came in for the first time with an extremely dirty car (haven't washed in probably 6 months. When the automated wash couldn't get off the bird poop spots on my hood, the manager assessed and determined that only a hand wax could take it off.
