This has to be one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve had in Jacksonville. I waited over 4 hours just for a wash and vacuum, and they only had about 5 people working on a busy weekend. After all that time, my car still had bugs on it. When I brought it to their attention, the lady tried to remove the bugs with glass cleaner from a blue and white can. What an absolute joke!! I pulled up to get a car wash and detail and no designated place to park, workers looked at me like I had three heads, rude! One told me in broken English to park in one spot by cones, another randomly in another spot by just gesturing, so I just ended up sitting there while they looked at me, so I left with my $100 and no car wash!!
