If you don't know there's a problem you don't know to fix it. Not happy with the wash bay with the wheels. I have a Tahoe the rear hatch and bumper did not get rinsed enough, the window was still dirty and the rims didn't get cleaned like in the past. We've been going to this wash since 2007 would like to keep going back.

I’ve come here for years and never had a problem. Until the new equipment. It ripped off my rear bumper. The car wash was so rough it was shaking my whole car…The owners have my information but haven’t gotten back to me. I called to follow up and the manager said they haven’t decided what they want to do yet.

VERY deceptive marketing!! I needed to vacuum my car, so went through the wash in order to get the "free" vacuum". What a rip!! It is only free if the suction is so weak it doesn't pick up ANYTHING. I heard they installed a new vacuum system. Now you have to pay according to how strong you want the suction!! That's fine, but don't advertise free vacuum - it will just irritates intelligent people. I'm never going back to this place. I'm preparing to take a trip and wasted time here.
