Terrible customer service, not reliable, untruthful, unethical, poor communication. Several people I know who are looking at adding a custom in-ground pool and I steered them away from this husband/wife duo. Bad standard business practices. Never encountered a business that is run this poorly in my entire life. It's very much unbelievable!
Worked with Scott at Splash. We had some initial misunderstandings, but happy to say Scott found a solution that works for all of us. I will be using them again next year!!
