Paid the basic fee and when the green light came on; the Brush mechanism was in the way of driving in. Then it timed out ...so no car wash and paid for it.
Car wash was fine but there was no blower when you exit. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a dry cloth.
In the past I was always a fan of the Splash car washes but due to bad reviews, I quit patronizing the local Splash car wash for years until today. The attendant on duty was assessing the operation of the touch less wash bay, she greeted me while I was in line waiting to pay for my service. Her customer service was outstanding and she explained to me that she would be watching me go through to assess the operation of the bay.
