Went through the wash, was drying my car and noticed the trim over my headlight was loose. I brought it to the attention of the manager and they did an incident report. I followed up with them and was told they watched the video and the trim wasn’t moving. It wasn’t torn off, but the force of the brushes dislodged the clip. They said they weren’t at fault. It was fine before I went in and loose when I came back out. They definitely don’t care about their customers. I will be taking my business to Club.
This place is absolutely the best car wash around. Not only for the services offered and done well, but the customer service! Terry is so helpful and top notch in customer service!!
