During my last visit my vehicle sustained severe, patterned scratches on the front bumper, headlight and grill. I reported the issues to the manager who agreed it was patterned scratches consistent with car wash damage. He did an incident report and corporate denied my claim and took no responsibility. I have been a member for several years and the local employees know me personally as I wash frequently. Being that I was a member, I only used this car wash and this location. Dog wash is perfect for washing Luna when she is shedding and I dont want all that dog hair in my tub. $10
I wish more effort is put into getting the bugs off your car like the other places who start the service a bit before you go into the car wash. Have used this place many times over the years due to its proximity but I have never gotten a fully clean vehicle from it.
