Went here to get an oil change. Brought my own oil and filter. They refused to use the filter I brought. Wouldn’t give me a reason. Then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t get my oil filter off from the previous job they had completed. In order to get out of there I had no choice but to accept they had to leave a dirty filter on with fresh oil. Really that’s unacceptable. I went into Splash on Congo Rd for my routine oil change, Shane was very friendly and professional and had me in and out quickly. So many times in today’s world customer facing roles aren’t always friendly so it was nice to for not only face service but friendly service. Shane, keep doing it the right way!!
Workers were very polite and thorough.
I had my oil changed and replaced my cabin air filter. Washed car and detailed it! They were so professional and treated me very well! Thank you Splash! I will be back!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!
Great place, but very understaffed today. People running everywhere and seemed very rushed. My wife's car is clean, but I noticed several places that were missed. For $65 the car should be spotless.
