I had Splash Carpentry out to give me an estimate. They provided the estimate, I approved and they confirmed a start week, and I cancelled other appointments to make that happen. That week came and went and then they stopped responding all together. My assumption is that they didn't want to do the job. If that's the case, just say so. Don't waste people's times. Splash Carpentry is just another unprofessional, disappointing contractor.
