Today was a nightmare. My vehicle surrounded for 15 mins by 3 staff members including the manager discussing my account without me. No one told me that my membership had expired for 5 full minutes Cars were yelling behind me in line I yes me got out of my vehicle to Tell them to go to the next lane bc I'm currently trapped while they tried to figure out what was going on with my account. 15 minutes later they said your membership is expired would you like to renew.
