HORRIBLE. I saw mascot in front of Splash advertising $5 or $7 car wash. I drive in and was told it was a promotion and I could come for 2 weeks as many times for $5 car wash. I went the 1 time. I did not sign up for monthly services. I look at statement and they signed me up for monthly recurring charges. How do you take it upon yourself to sign someone up for a service.
