Rude staff, untrained employees, and a manager who shows no concern for customers — avoid this location at all costs. I brought my brand-new 2025 Jeep Wrangler through Splash Car Wash Express today. Halfway through, my Jeep stopped moving on the conveyor even though it was in Neutral. I had to shift into Drive just to exit.
