I had a problem with there brushes knocking off a trim on my truck and the messed my mirror. I contacted the complaint line and the lady told me the newark business would get back.to me. it's been over 2 months and still no reply. I wont be going back unless they contact me. I don't want my new car having damage because of there brushes not being adjusted. to bad

Kinda pricey and left car dirty, update… after contact with corporate they dos offer a refund so I will boost one star for the after customer care
Vacuums are falling apart and barely work. The drier in the wash doesn’t dry very well. I use other locations regularly and sadly this is the one that is closest to home and is poorly maintained.
Consistently great wash.
