Paid $18 for a car wash, went through twice and bird shit was still on the hood. Employees Katy said I needed to purchase an unlimited car wash because it Durant look like my car had been washed on a long time. It was " set in " guess $18 wasn't enough, horrible service

Avoid this car wash! Due to negligent staff who failed to guide my vehicle into the tracks, my car was misaligned, resulting in significant damage to my rims and side panel. The staff ignored safety protocols, and management has been dismissive of the damage caused. Now I’m sure a bot will respond telling me to contact them. I tried no response.
It doesn't seem to completely clean the back of the car but overall is good.
What is the purpose of having sprayers when we first come in if you dont use them on our cars?? Just a girl spraying a drizzle of water on the windshield?! I pay 18 dollars to still have shitty tires and my SUV rear end still has dirt from top to bottom. Now if it was me id have 2 more workers using those hoses to spray the car as you come in! Duh... Waste of !
