We’ve had a good experience until today!! The gentleman out front was excellent. But the girl inside was unprofessional and rude and a liar. First time through we only got an express wah BUT we pay for unlimited Ultra Wash. so the gentleman double checked our plan, verified it & sent us through again. 2nd time through…still express wash and no ‘triple foam polish’. We always dry our car off afterwards & there was absolNO POLISH at all on it!! Husband spoke to the girl inside about it and she was rude & agunentative and argue... read more
rude woman working but not doing her job- yells at me instead of using the paddles. when i left she was taking on her cell phone. will go to another location or cancel.
They will not adjust there Dryers, they are all set to blow down from the top. None are lowered as designed. to blow water off the bottom.. so you have to wipe the entire bottom of your car. EVERY TIME...
Horrible!!! Not worth $17! Car is still dirty. Won’t be back!!!
