My experience today proved that they are responsive when there are system failures or if clients make an operational error. I appreciate the help they gave me. If you have any problems, you can trust that they are responsible and honest.
The carpet shampoo/vacuum did not work at all. Then on top of that it double charged my girlfriend's card. 10.00 for nothing I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Arrived and placed $2 for the vacuums to find that both do not work. Property not maintained. Don't recommend
Why would you buy that blue soap that ruins cloths and stains your hands? Came from out of town and gotta throw my cloths away.
SCAMMED ME!!!!!!!! took majority of my quarter’s and the machines didn’t even work. They would light up and when you inserted your change it would still say you owed 2.00. We walked over to get more quarters since we ran out from it STEALING from us and we saw a refund box with nothing in it to leave information. Vacuums were down. One even had coins jammed into it. Had to write on a rock to warn others of what is going on. BEWARE!
