just had my oil changed they tried to up sell a bunch of work on my truck, told them just needed oil change. didn't get a free wash with the oil changed as have always gotten in past,,done with them.
RecommendedI went to this location to get my car washed as I have in the past. I went through the car wash and as I was going through it, I could hear a rubbing sound. I went to vacuum my car and as I was leaving I heard a noise. I get out of my car and realized my right tire was damaged and flat. The manager immediately took action and put on my spare, which was a donut. He advised that I will get a call from the owner the next day. STAY AWAY�� The worst place ever !!!! Came here to get my car detail. They didn’t clean it right left it still dirty. Then they left my car out in the open and lock my keys inside because I was stuck in traffic and got there 15 mins late lying saying they was there until 7 and I was going to come back the next day when I never told them that I told them I was on my way. THEY ARE LAIRS AND SCAMMERS DON’T GO HERE !!!!!!!
This is my family’s favorite place to take our vehicles for any mechanical work. Great customer service—they’ve always taken great care of our vehicles and treated us fairly.
This morning my daughter took our van to Splash Car Wash & Lube on Bloomingdale and Kings. The machine smashed the van windshield. Instead of being concerned for my daughter and the other passengers, they were rude and more concerned about their machine. Sadly, they are refusing to pay for the damages and trying to put the blame on my daughter saying she didn't follow instructions and didn't put the vehicle in neutral.
