Quality car wash with convenient locations in the NWA area. Always respectful and professional staff. Unlimited washes is a very good deal that we use almost daily along with free vacuums. Only criticism is it can be hard to find the window cleaner bottles at times. Overall simple safe and easy
Super friendly service! I signed up for the monthly membership, and Isaac was great at walking me through the process. After a long trip, my car looks fresh and spotless. Plus, the location is super convenient with easy in-and-out access!
Their system is unable to properly rinse their chemicals off of a larger SUV. The only car wash I’ve been to since owning the vehicle, I now need a full paint correction from light scratches from their brushes, streaks on the paint, and cloudy looking finish on a 2021. Would not recommend splash at all.
Came to get a wash after a long road trip. Driving by Splash and decided to stop in. Wash cleaned any dirt of my car and was very efficient. Staff was very pleasant and explained to me the different washes and what they do. I was helped by a guy named Luke and he was very welcoming and helped me get the wash I needed. This was the peak of customer service and I would love to see more employees like Luke.
After having a club car wash membership the last few years and growing more and more unsatisfied I switched to splash and have been extremely happy with the quality and consistency of the wash here. The membership is less expensive, the equipment is better quality, and the staffing has been friendly. I especially appreciate the covered vacuum areas and the free air fresheners
