Quality car wash with convenient locations in the NWA area. Always respectful and professional staff. Unlimited washes is a very good deal that we use almost daily along with free vacuums. Only criticism is it can be hard to find the window cleaner bottles at times. Overall simple safe and easy
Super friendly service! I signed up for the monthly membership, and Isaac was great at walking me through the process. After a long trip, my car looks fresh and spotless. Plus, the location is super convenient with easy in-and-out access!
I love the very convenient location. I really like their wash and their vacuums are very powerful. There’s plenty of bays and they’re always supplied with what we need. I appreciate that this location is staffed with friendly and professional people that are always helpful.
After having a club car wash membership the last few years and growing more and more unsatisfied I switched to splash and have been extremely happy with the quality and consistency of the wash here. The membership is less expensive, the equipment is better quality, and the staffing has been friendly. I especially appreciate the covered vacuum areas and the free air fresheners
UPDATE: Splash customer service is what made the change in my review. A business that has plenty of activity still caring about one review gets a higher rating. From our correspondence I feel they will work to fix the issues that I experienced. I will visit again. Paid $22 for a wash that left so much grime and dirt it barely looked like it was washed. I realize that these car washes are not perfect but for a price that high the guys standing at the kiosk could do a little prewash on those areas.
