I absolutely love splash I the only thing I wish I would’ve known sooner is that the vacuums are completely free! Even if you don’t get a wash, they provide microfiber towels and spray bottles with window cleaner! They are pulling out all the stops for people even if they don’t decide to get a wash, very respectable of a company to do so even if it is for more traffic, I can still respect them providing that for no charge!
The only place I wash my vehicles. Great and friendly service and always have everything that you need. towels are always stocked ,vacuums always work and the kids love the lights in the carwash! It’s always a bonus! Thank you so much guys.
UPDATE: Splash customer service is what made the change in my review. A business that has plenty of activity still caring about one review gets a higher rating. From our correspondence I feel they will work to fix the issues that I experienced. I will visit again. Paid $22 for a wash that left so much grime and dirt it barely looked like it was washed. I realize that these car washes are not perfect but for a price that high the guys standing at the kiosk could do a little prewash on those areas.
I’ve been a monthly subscriber at Splash for a while now, and they do a solid job. The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the wash itself gets my SUV looking great. Prices are fair, and the whole process is easy. It’s not something I think much about, but every time I go, I leave satisfied. I think that is all that matters. If you’re looking for a reliable car wash, this is a great choice.
