The coin operated self serve wash your car yourself option didn't work in at least two or the stalls. The man next to me said "yea, half of them only work... sorry." What a crappy car wash ripping off people like that. I won't be back ever again and their laundromat has gone downhill too we many of their washers don't work. Joke!
Highly recommend this Splash location! I had a billing issue and worked with Hunter. He helped assess what caused the issue and then went above and beyond to resolve it for me. I could not be happier with my service here.
Very nice guy manning the entry lane. Upon first glance, my car looked sparkly clean, but upon further examination, I noticed a ton of light scratches. I was thinking the wash machine was a bit aggressive as I was moving through, but I didn’t expect it to scratch up my car. Guess it’s a “one & done” was place for me.
The facility lead, Michael, was wonderful prepping my truck with all of it overland gear to make it safely to go through the car wash. Thanks.!
