Complained that the subs brush never spit the soap out. Karened the number located on the door when/and IF there was a problem. They replied immediately. Said they'd send me a reimbursement, so. I provided the address. Been crickets ever since.....
Rip off, they have no one on-site to help when something goes wrong. I put $6.00 in tokens in the machine and it gave me no credit......their tokens. I called their service number and reported the issue, I'm still awaiting a returned call......2 months ago. I will not return. Stay away
