Is this a 1-star or a 5-star experience? Today, it’s a 1-star—and not because of the facilities or the quality of the car wash, which are consistently excellent. My frustration lies with the deceptive subscription renewal process. I signed up for a one-year membership on 10/17/24. Then without any email, text, or phone call, I was charged $420 on 10/17/25 for another year. About 6 weeks ago, I was there and had a lady get stuck in front of me. My car hit hers and ended up with damage. Our information was taken and I was told that I would get a call in a few days with the incident report. After a week, I went up there and was told that they could not give me her info. They said my insurance would have to call. When my insurance person called, they lied and said they did not have any of her info. If anything happens to your car here with another car, CALL THE POLICE. They will not help you.
