I really didn’t want to leave one star but that’s the only way I could leave a review. Used the automatic car wash, second stall from left. Drove my car in the stall after making payment, machine started got my car all sudsy and then it quit working. Called the number on the door of the office on the premises. Left a message to tell them about the machine breaking down and to request a refund. Because then I had to go to another stall and put more money in a machine and rinse the car off myself. I am extremely disappointed with this car wash. I paid $13 expecting my car to come out clean, but it looked like it never even went through the wash. Dirt, dust, and grime were still all over the vehicle, and there was no noticeable difference before and after the wash. To make matters worse, when I tried to call customer service to report the issue, no one ever answered the phone. I called multiple times and could not get in touch with anyone for help or a refund. All lights broken. Don't wash at night. Can hardly see. Walls covered in thick grime. One auto wash bay broken for months.
