Washing by hand is great! Washing by hand is great! They did miss a spot but they have a quality control guy at the exit end and he had the guys take care of it. I was so impressed. Next time I'm going to try their 20 minute detail.

THEY WASH BY HAND – Went to Splash Bedford and they wash by hand! It was great! they did miss a spot but they have a quality control guy who stands at the end and looks over every car. He took care of it. The best part is the guys are so friendly! Next time I'm going to try their 15 min detail service. I hear that Paul Shaffer washes there... Awesome
Overpriced and Someone's a Thief – Horrible experience. I've gone here a million times and I've never had a problem with their service except that the interior is never done quite as well as I'd hope. This time, I got The Works and the interior was still pretty dirty and the dash was still dusty. Not only that, but I had a $20 bill and about $10 in change in the car and it got stolen (I know, rookie move on my part...always take your money out when you get your car washed).
