I was wrongly charged for the car wash after I went in and signed my name to cancel it over a month ago.
It didn't do any better job that Splash carwash does. My windows are still dirty as is the back of my car. I will cancel my membership within the next 3 weeks before they charge me again.
The only way to cancel the membership is to dispute the charge on your card. I called local carwash and corporate with no answer and left many voicemails. I like the idea, but cutomer service is non-existent unless you are signing up for a membership.
