Very very nice service
Not bad if you can find someone who works there. Other wise you'll spend 30 mins looking for someone.
I love this car wash!!!! The staff is super friendly and my car comes out really clean. The price is terrific also.
Based on the two other reviews posted here, I called Splash Car Wash which picks up and delivers autos. I called on Monday July 6 and arranged for July 7 pickup. They picked up and delivered as promised. The crew did a fabulous job and the car looks better than it has in years with everything sparkling clean, including the engine under the hood. Thank you ! I would recommend you to anyone needing a good cleaning - my mother's had her car since 1999 and it has never been detailed. It literally sparkles!
This is by far the best car wash around everyone is so friendly and I have always been thrilled with the way it comes out. keep it up guys
Should get a zero ... Called and left a complaint on a call back poor attitude & more or less said what do you expect for a seven dollar car wash. Bottom on both sides of the call still have rode dirt back bumper was still dirty &and rims were still dirty. Then they asked me how many times was the call wash before you board them ?
BEWARE--the worst car wash I've ever been to. They scratched my brand new unblemished car and refused to take responsibility for it, even after I pointed out the fact that their employees pick up their rags off the ground (with dirt, sand, and pebbles along with it) when drying cars. The way I was treated by the "management" was unthinkable. Not only will I not be going back but I urge anyone who cares about their car to stay away.
Went for Oil change and Interior detail at Stafford location. What a mess this place is? They couldn't figure out how to do both while I went for coffee but finally decided to do the oil change first. Oil guys were very unfriendly and then tried to convince me that my car takes synthetic Oil for 3 times the price ($75) ... When I told them to forget it they claimed they could do a mix. Either they were trying to rip me off or they were too stupid to know what kind of oil my car takes (0/30 weight). Either way, it was total b... read more
This is by far the worst experience I've had at a car wash. Customer service was rude and the place is run down. Without telling me, they folded my side mirrors in which have to be pulled up to click into place and broke the passenger side mirror. Naturally this cannot be fixed and now has to be replaced at $330. This business should be shut down.
