I had my car washed today while I was in the New Haven / Woodbridge area. I’ve never gone to any other car wash because they’ve done such a good job there. Yet after today I will never go back. The machine that you drive through no longer has a strong fan to knock the extra water and soap off the car, and after I l drove off, water started dripping down my windshield both front and back. I used to really like going to this place because it’s the closest car wash to my house. Now, not so much. This place does not allow you to vacuum during the day, only at nights because of an accident that occurred. This confuses me because I would assume accidents are more likely to occur during the evening when visability has decreased. stopped by here recently traveling thru New Haven area.. what a mess!..the car wash almost caused my car to crash into the car in front of me when they stopped at the exit and no one there to direct traffic..i slammed the brake but my car kept moving. , laying on the horn. The car in front pulled out with inches to spare.. Then I was ushered to the drying area. waited a few minutes and drove away. no one even looked.. this place needs a boss..
