Splash is the only touchless car wash in the area, and it's my go-to for a reason. It gets my car sparkling clean without messing with the finish, side-view mirrors, power antennas, rubber window seals, custom wheel rims, etc. All the stuff that usually gets wear and tear friction at other car washes comes out totally unscathed here. Thorough clean, zero dings or scratches. The vacuums and complimentary cleaning solutions work great too! Can't ask for more!
Whatever solution was sprayed on my car stained my vehicle contact the owner he refused to take care of it tell me he would pay half the labor and I would have to pay the rest for an auto detail very disappointed. We'll go to a car wash down the street that's only $7 a lot cheaper better customer service.
I appreciated the great care Abe gave when I was searching for a safe place to take my new car; he explained the protocols used for making sure my car would be properly cleaned and done in a safe manner! Also, there are many features available for last-stage drying after pulling out of the wash area which aid in making the end result - beautiful! I have the monthly plan and feel it is a great value as I can wash my car as many times as I want!
I have been going to this carwash after I found out that they do full service carwash! Today, Lisa cleaned my car! This is the 3rd time she cleaned my car! She is very thorough and she always makes sure I am satisfied with the service that I received before leaving the carwash. Most importantly, Lisa is always respectful and kind. She is a gem !
