The wash itself is good. I always tell them to turn off the brushes so I can get somewhat of a touchless wash. But the guy who directs cars in the tunnel is pretty rude whenever I ask for this option and demands that i call it the specialty wash. All you have to do is press the buttons no need for the attitude
Great service and the employees are very knowledgeable, I came in to get a wash and before that on the freeway a piece of tire from a big rig smacked on to the driver side headlight and pumber leaving a pretty long mark and they went ahead and removed it free of charge and polished it to take out any scuffs I would highly recommend coming here.
I don't have the monthly subscription, but I took it there for full detailing and waxing, and they went on and beyond the call of duty. They even cleaned my glove compartment after putting everything in a bag in the trunk. It seems you also get 30% off if you're a member.
Lisa and the others who jumped in to help with my car were amazing! My car looks better than when I drove it off the dealer's lot. I was using a coupon given to my husband when he had his truck done (great deal for additional car that week), and I was so happy that I rolled the discount into the tip! I am unable to physically do anything close to what they did for me today. Thank you, Lisa!
