Not sure how this guy has a 4.2 rating. I can agree with the other low review on here, this guy Sal is a thief. I had the displeasure of meeting him this evening in Roseville. He was hired to put up an above ground pool and needed to complete the project in order to collect final payment. He called me around 3 pm this afternoon and hired me to come help him haul away the pile of sod and bushes he has removed to put in the pool. I agreed to do it in the morning.
