This is our Dog Miss rose we took her to splash and dash grooming yesterday and we are extremely disappointed. Due to the below reasons. - The hair matts weren’t cleared completely -she got a huge razor burn on her belly -I asked for a teddy bear haircut and they gave her some ugly cut that is nowhere close to what was described to us. -We asked for some additional hair to be cleared and they declined saying ‘oh you never want to clear the hair by the privates ever’. Staff is friendly but that’s about it. I took my senior dog in for a bath and he came out smelling like a pre-teen boy that just discovered cologne 🤢 It was an overwhelming, masking cologne smell not a true clean bath smell. It doesn’t smell like he was washed. The service was supposed to take 3 hours but my dog was done in an hour. I found the service to be very overpriced especially now that we are having to bathe him AGAIN because the smell is just that overpowering. Oh my goodness! If I could give 10 stars I would! Jason was so incredibly comforting and reassuring how well my boys "Jack" and "Koby" would be taken care of on their visit to the spa. The environment is extremely friendly and happy, but also very professional. Looking forward to our next visit for full groom service asap!
