Today was our first visit to Splash and Dash Groomerie and Boutique. I can't express our great pleasure from making Amethyst's appmt. to picking her up! I don’t write reviews to harm a business, but pet owners deserve honest feedback so they can make informed decisions about services built on trust. I recently had a disappointing experience with Splash and Dash involving my five-month-old Yorkie, Bentley. He attends weekly. After his most recent visit, I was told he bit a staff member and that his membership would be canceled unless he completed behavioral training. The experience started off great - we were early, but they took us anyway. I ordered "The Full Groom" online with the first time customer coupon. It included shampoo, dry, brush, nail trim, ear cleaning and a "custom cut to match your dog's breed and style." I was told it did not include the nail trim and was forced to pay for "The Beau," which included the nails, teeth, facial scrub, body spray and a useless necktie for $19 extra. Duncan is a Westie.
