After reading a few other reviews who had similar experiences, I decided to share mine. If you have a doodle with any kind with curls, this is not the place for you. I have a standard goldendoodle who has been groomed by Splash and Dash a handful of times. I showed pictures of how I wanted him groomed on our first visit. We had a heck of a time finding a groomer who was willing to groom our mini golden doodle since it would be his first time. We finally found the wonderful folks of Splash and Dash who were not only willing to take him on but they go above and beyond to make sure he is happy and comfortable there. I now have a handsome and mat free pup who has so much more life now and is much more comfortable. Thank you so much for caring for my Lucky and making him feel like a part of the family!
Not impressed. If you have any type of poodle mix pup with tight curls, this is not the place for you. Was told my maltipoo was matted yesterday when I brought him in and he would have to be cut short. Clearly I knew he wasn’t matted, so I took him over to PAW PARADISE instead. They had absolutely no concerns for matting and he was groomed beautifully!
This was Pooh’s first visit to Splash and Dash in Omaha and I couldn’t have been happier. Pooh looked great and it was obvious that she felt really good…she was so happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and seemed to really love their four legged clients. I highly recommend them!
I normally shave my dog myself but I decided I needed a break and I would take her to go get it done. 2 different people looked at my dog upfront no one told me that there was matting that I would be uncharged for upfront I was told when I picked her up. If I would have known that upfront I would have just taken her home and done it myself. They told me because my dogs hair was as curly it was going to need to be shaved shorter.
