I dropped my dog off and the lady quoted me 94 dollars for a wash and brush hair treatment and i asked for a cleanup service for nails and other ect. she quoted me 12.50$. Everything was fine and i paid and asked for a receipt and she stated it was mailed to me. She tried to upsell me on a wash plan that I declined because i wanted to see how good a job she did for that amount. I would never take my fur babies to a place that abuses animals!! TRASH!! Don’t let your fur babies be mistreated!
Horrible treatment of animals. Would never take my dog here. Not a place you would take a family member too.
This place abuses dogs !!! Please beware
Does this company and all of the employees abuse every animal that goes in there? The male employee stood there laughing and then walked away as the female employee abused that poor dog. All the dog wanted to do was stand up and be treated with care!

This place is TRASH! REBECCA treated my husky with no manners, slamming him over and over against the wall after she kept brushing his hair ROUGHLY! Business did nothing about it!
Will not be back! I brought my puppy in for her Spring cut (March 2021)... What a lousy job. Her schnauzer face cut has a distinct line above her eyes...Her scalp is showing because it was shaved too close and then the groomer just stopped right before her eyes....the distinct line made her look like she had thick “unibrow”. It has never looked like this and she looked ridiculous.... Her shave job was not smooth and I had to re-shave parts of it to smooth it out. I did not realize management has changed.
