Very nice and great service. Easy in and out dog wash. Much better than petco. Came on a Saturday and they were able to get my dog cleaned no problem.
Alert Antibiotic Resistant Infection Update- since canceling 3 months ago my dogs fur has finally grown back! Beware that the newest owner is not ensuring dogs are inspected for signs of contagious diseases, nor for flea infestations. We were going here for over five years, and only once were asked to bring proof of rabies vaccine. If your dog has redness, or bald ing areas in armpit, groin, chest or neck, it maybe an Antiobiotic Resistant Infection that needs an expensive medication regime, and Vets in house laboratory migh... read more
Gone down hill fast. Will not return. Groomer clipped her eyebrow super short one side so very uneven face. Paws were not groomed properly. Looks like the guy spent an hour using the same size clippers all over her body with no attention to detail. Did not groom paws so there is excessive hair on them. Didn't clean her face so looked grubby. She has a white coat so her mouth gets a bit grubby with food and it wasnt even washed out. Didn't clean her butt area well either. Definitely will not return.
