The glowing reviews are misleading! I was a regular client, but after my last visit, I’m done. Second terrible visit in a row. The workers are nice but what happened? They didn’t cut my dog’s hair right *at all*, and he came back smelling **worse** than when I dropped him off, no way he was bathed. For $180 a month, that’s unacceptable. They’ve lost my business.
I brought my aussie here to get a wash and hair cut. He came out looking amazing!! Highly recommended!
I brought my dog in today for a full grooming (bath, trim, and hygiene area) and paid $90 plus a $10 tip. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. My dog looked almost the same as when I dropped her off. The hygiene/potty area was not trimmed properly, her coat was not brushed out evenly (some areas still looked flat or tangled), and I couldn’t even smell any finishing spray or perfume. Wonderful staff and amazing place! I don’t normally leave reviews, but they do any amazing job with my excited lil puppy and he looks so stickin’ cute!
