We are very happy with the grooming and care our puppy gets at Splash and Dash. They staff knows her by name and is always friendly, helpful and ready to answer any questions we have. They listen when we have requests and help us keep out pup looking adorable and feeling great. She's not a huge fan of leaving us or the blowdryer, but they are patience and kind and make it work!
I applied for a job here and went in for a trial day. I was offered the job but decided to not take it due to the amount of red flags I observed as an employee. The tubs and tables were not sanitized between dogs, nor were the kennels or brushes/combs. Quantity over quality for the bathing and brushing of dogs was obviously the priority. One of the dogs I trialed a bath on was a Keeshond who was a very anxious of the dryer so I took my time to try to keep her comfortable. The review I got back was I was too slow. They were very easy to get an appointment with. I took all three dogs. I was very happy with the outcome and will definitely go back.
I have shy pups and they did such a wonderful job! We will be back for sure.
