This was honestly a waste of money. I paid for my dog to get a bath and when I picked her up, she did not even smell like she had one. She smelled exactly the same as before. On top of that, her ears were matted when I got her back, which is unacceptable. She went in fine and came out worse. She was there for more than three hours and for how long she stayed and how expensive it was, I expected a clear difference. The glowing reviews are misleading! I was a regular client, but after my last visit, I’m done. Second terrible visit in a row. The workers are nice but what happened? They didn’t cut my dog’s hair right *at all*, and he came back smelling **worse** than when I dropped him off, no way he was bathed. For $180 a month, that’s unacceptable. They’ve lost my business.

I brought my dog in today for a full grooming (bath, trim, and hygiene area) and paid $90 plus a $10 tip. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. My dog looked almost the same as when I dropped her off. The hygiene/potty area was not trimmed properly, her coat was not brushed out evenly (some areas still looked flat or tangled), and I couldn’t even smell any finishing spray or perfume.
