I purchased 21 No Air Heat Squares for my pool in October and had high hopes for the squares. I experienced failure within the first 30 days and the squares that took on water were replaced. Shortly after they were replaced, I had more of the squares fail and they were replaced. A few months go by and I had more squares fail which they offered to replace and I asked for a refund since I have zero confidence in their product.
